Jill Redford ARAD, FISTD, PGCA - Dance Teacher, Choreographer, Adjudicator & Examiner

Jill holds the Cert Ed (Post Compulsory) Certificate in Dance Education.
 
Jill trained at Bird College and after performing in theatre, cabaret and tv at home and abroad, began a teaching and choreographing career. Jill now examines for the ISTD and adjudicates for the British Federation of Festivals.

Deborah Lamb FISTD - Principal 
 
Deborah is a Modern & Tap Theatre Faculties Examiner for the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
She trained with Karen King, Tereza Theodoulou and Heather Rees. 
 
Deborah teaches ISTD Modern Theatre & Tap, grades & majors and the Jazz & Tap Awards. 
She holds the RAD Teaching Cert and teaches ballet grades, higher grades & majors. 
 
Deborah has taught children and students in Surrey and Sussex for over 25 years. 
She holds the Certificate in Dance Education.
Louise Outram LISTD, RAD DIP - Dance Teacher
 
Louise graduated from London College of Dance in 1991 with her Diploma in Dance Studies and Teacher Training. She has since gained her Licentiate in the Modern Theatre and Tap Dance branches of the ISTD, and has Registered Teacher Status (RTS) with the Royal Academy of Dance and her RAD Teaching Diploma. Her teaching career has taken her around the world, teaching and choreographing students of all ages. Firstly Cyprus, then Singapore, UK and finally Australia. After 20 years she is now back home permanently and happy to be part of the team at  Deborah Lamb Theatre Arts. 
 
Alison Barnard FISTD - Dance Teacher
 
Alison started her dance training in her home town of Eastbourne and attended the Doreen Bird College. On leaving Alison continued and developed her teaching qualifications with the I.S.T.D and is a qualified teacher in Ballet, Modern and Tap. Alison is also an examiner for the Imperial Classical Ballet faculty.

Fleur Jones - Ballet Dance Teacher 

Fleur is a Graduate of the Royal Ballet School Teacher’s Training Course and holds the Fellowship of the Imperial Society of Teacher’s of Dancing in Imperial Ballet (192 marks out of 200). She is a highly experienced teacher having owned and directed Stonelands School of Ballet and Theatre Arts and working in the capacity of Head of Dance for over 7 years.
She has also worked as full time senior ballet teacher at Master’s Performing Arts College and at The Margaret Howard Theatre College. She has the ability to work with children and young people at all levels having a particular skill of working with children through to professional students. She is a highly motivated and directed professional and has had
 a strong track record of obtaining excellent results. Fleur was the recipient of the ISTD Mavdor Scholarship in 1998 and gained her Master of Arts Degree in Ballet Studies from University of Surrey, Roehampton, in 2007. She is currently a Children’s Examiner for the ISTD (Imperial Ballet) since 2004. 
For the last 2 years Fleur has had the pleasure of being asked to choreograph and teach the Intermediate Ballet Class at the ISTD Ballet Awards on stage at the Hawth Theatre, Crawley and has been invited to teach at the ISTD scholars program. She adjudicated at the Imperial Ballet Awards in 2014 and is delighted to be joining us.

Sophie Huntley - Dance Teacher

Sophie trained at the Deborah Lamb Theatre School until the age of 18, completing her ISTD Tap and Modern exams to Advanced 2 level and RAD Ballet to Intermediate. She then went on to do a year’s training at Performers College in Essex and since then has completed her DDE in Modern, Tap and Imperial Ballet. She is enjoying her teaching career so far and loves to see her student’s progress.
